It does work.Other AM/FM antennas like Terk and others do not work.My home is in a dead zone for both AM and FM.For some reason, cheap portable radios work and so does the car, but my expensive home stereo receivers only catch one FM and ZERO AM stations.I bought a Terk antenna...didn't work. AAUGH!I need my sports radio.Need to listen to Hawaii football!Go Warriors!
As a last resort, I bought this and it worked. I still don't get all the local radio stations, but now I get 6 FM stations and several AM stations...best of all I can now listen to sports radio on my home stereo.
