AM Advantage Antenna Review

Terk Technology AM-1000 Advantage Passive AM Indoor Antenna I received this antenna to use with my Bose radio.It did not improve the reception.When the item was shipped the supplier (Great Lakes Wholesale) did not include any information about the item or instructions on how to return.There was only a return label with name and address on the box.I called Amazon and received the order number and instructions on returning the antenna.I returned it with a letter and I also had email correspondence with Great Lakes and asked that they send me a new one if it was broken or to refund my charges if it was in working order.I asked these questions in a letter with the product and also by email.The only reply I received was a refund to my credit card but no explaination.Also in my letter I asked for a refund of shipping charges ($7.52) and this was not done.If you have questions you can reach me at 541 754 6177 or 541 754 2223.
